Default iKon DE CNC milled Deluxe O.C.

    Hi all,

Anyone have an iKon Deluxe Bulldog handle open comb stainless steel DE they would like to tell me about their experiences with?
If not I'd like any info anyone has about the brand. Thoughts, opinions, ideas, etc...
Just curious what you think; good, bad, too $$$, run for cover, and so on...

    Thanks!

    -Matt

What I just recently got was the Ikon stainless steel Slant. I do believe it is the bulldog handle but not certain. Fellow put it on ebay with a buy it now of $100.00. I am a long time collector for slants and hadn't gotten one because of the hefty price tag and I shave with a straight razor 99% of the time. I knew it was coming in this past Thursday from the tracking. So I didn't shave on Wednesday in anticipation of giving it a good run through.

I really didn't expect it to shoot my Merkur slant out of the saddle but on this one shave it certainly did. I plan on doing a comprehensive review after a few more shaves with it. Suffice to say that it is a great razor, the workmanship is first rate, and I'm going to have it buried with me when I go. Just in case we need 'em where we're going.

ok, so my iKon B1 Deluxe arrived yesterday..... I grabbed my Duke3 Best, and whipped up some Phoenix and Beau Unscented...well, after many happy years of using a Weber ARC, this razor is a step up...firstly, it is noticeably more aggressive than the Weber, but is so smooth, that it's a very comfortable razor to use.. it took care my 3 day growth with ease, whereas normally, I would have had to make numerous passes to feel right. A definite thumbs up from me!!

Welcome to SRP. Nice selection of shaving kit you've got there. You might also post in the forum 'Member Introductions'. More fellow members will see your post.

Nah, the whiskers will burn off long before anything will happen to the steel...
