Thread: Rolls razor viscount

I have acquired a Rolls Razor viscount for £5 it seems in good shape no chips on the bade case is nice and has the handle too.
I wanted to try to use this its seems scary but all the paperwork instructions etc are intact complete with a service report form the 1950s.
What should I do as far as sterilising the blade and making my first shave safe?
Also what are these razors worth?

Can't give values on the forum ,, but they don't sell for much on the bay,, I picked a really clean one up that was all there for less than 15 dollars ,, but they are cool looking. As far as sanitizing ,, Barbacide is good , or any thing with alcohol should do it Tc

Can you get blades for them ?

Keep watching eBay. They come up every so often. Blades and single parts are hard to come by.

I have a Rolls Razor and i like it a lot. got it to use as a travel razor but i pull it out once in a while.
