Thanked: 3227For a TTO (turn to open) razor that is not too aggressive a Gillette Super Speed is hard to beat. If you come across an English Gillette 58 at a reasonable price snap it it up, smoothest shaving DE TTO razor I have used. Like my Gillette Fat Boys also and being adjustable they can be tuned to your level of competence with your shaving technique. As you get better at shaving you can dial the aggressiveness up to match.

A Timor TTO for a mild shave and a Parker 99r or 92r for a more aggressive one. Both are very affordable and well built.

I'm a big fan of the Parker 99r. All the Parker turn to open razorz have the same head and similar weight so pick the one you think is the best looking.

Thanked: 67I had one of those Parker razors a while ago. It worked really well. I think it was more aggressive than the Superspeed. Let us know how it works out for you.

iz858,
I think every shaver should have one of the 'classic' vintage TTO Gillette DE razors : true classics, and they shave very nicely
Have fun
Best regards
