Thread: Mongoose Razor -Why?

Mainaman- have you ever used a Feather Pro SE in a DX or Artist's Club model? Any guidance as to how that shaves compared to Mongoose?

Never used other SE, but according to a lot of people that have used other SE the Mongoose is the best so far. Give it a try, if you do not like it it will resell with no loss.

I have the Feather in the folding and non folding SS & DX as well as the Mongoose. The Mongoose is easy to use and the blades are the same for all. I found that I needed a little time to get the right angle with the Mongoose but it does deliver a very good shave. I did not like the non folding Feather razors but the folding ones are pretty good. If you aren't into the stropping & honing the folding Feather is a good choice.
