The Mongoose blade is the long blade, like an injector.
I have not tried the Pro SE Blades.
    Pics to show the diff.
The bottom blade is the one for the OneBlade, the top is the Feather Pro for the Mongoose, completely different!

I disagree. Nobody is selling anything on this thread! We are only discussing experiences with the OneBlade razor, which is a new SE safety razor.

I am an unpaid non celebrity spoke person, non actor portrayal, not compensated for opinion, and any other fine print an attorney would put at a end of a commercial?

But, it is a good razor!

So, I shaved this morning again with the OneBlade.
It was the thread time on this certain blade.
    Soap, Cella
Two passes, first with the grain equaling a DFS. The second I immediately went to ATG to test the blade that has been use twice before and each time used with two passes.

    I received another great shave.

I believe the razor would produce excellent results as you have pointed out scareface and it is a sweet piece of engineering and materials.

It would be very difficult for me personally to justify $100+ over the price of a Mongoose. And with no competitive blades to help control blade pricing the OneBlade becomes a bit
    more problematic for me.

I have to agree with Bob. on that. Especially since in the event that 'One Blade' doesn't continue, the blades may become unavailable. If the blades were at least a standard manufactured blade that will be around whatever happens with One Blade I'd be more likely to give it a shot. Don't me wrong, I hope the company grows and prospers, just thinking of Murphy's Law.

Scareface, it looks pretty cool, I,m glad it's a well made product. So maybe some of the new guys can go that route when the DE and straight ain't working. Cool, myself I don't know that I could use a pivoting head razor, been shaving since1968 and so far have never put anything that pivoted on my face yet, only DE,s and straights, along with the plastic crap Uncle Sam had for us in the Army, but I got my razor back after basic,, Keep us posted. Jimmy and Bob, the Feather Blade, Valet Auto-Stop-style blade, has been around since the 1920's and is sold on various websites, other than OneBlade (at lower cost as well), including Bullgoose! So IMO, you wouldn't have to worry about blades should OneBlade not continue. However, if OneBlade did not continue, the Lifetime Warranty on the razor would probably also terminate.

The pivot on the head is a non factor. The tension in the pivot is really tight that it is not felt nor needed during the shave.
And, the blades are very abundant and found in bulk all over the place like ironmaned has typed.
You can buy 120 blades at Connaught for around $68 US and $6 bucks shipping.
