The company just leaves an awful taste in my mouth. Take a 300 razor and put a coating on it, bam $2500 now because we only made 101 of them. Then there's the thater brush they sell with their stand. The most expensive thater I've seen aren't much more than $215, but theirs is $400. They obviously have a market, but I'm going to stick to vintage straights!

I even talked to Tod Barrett, OneBlade's CEO. He seemed to be a reasonable person and he is determined to be a dominant factor in the "wet shaving community". Given all that, I still had to try the OneBlade for myself, which is why I ordered it. Regarding the Feather blade required for the razor, . . .they are selling it for $.95 a blade, you can get it for $.60 - $.65 from other vendors. I ordered some from Phil at Bullgoose @ $.60 a blade. As I said earlier, I am expected to receive my OneBlade today and will shave with it tomorrow morning.

Ed, sounds like Tod Barrett is a nice guy with an optimistic business model. When he goes out of business you'll have a rare collector's item.
