"Top Care"
Bought some refills for my Gillette DE safety razor yesterday at Food City here in East TN. They are "Top Care" store brand (all they had) and are made in Israel. My first impression is they are very good and I got a very close, nick free shave last night with one. Just as a heads up for anyone else out there in "Shavelandia".
They may be Personna? I don't know.....Situational Awareness, Threat Assessment, Risk Management - Stay Alert, Stay alive

If they were made in Israel they are likely a rebranded Personna blade. Sounds like they shave like one anyway.

Store brand of blades made in Israel are Personna. If made in Korea chances are they are Dorco.

Whenever I use a DE I always use Personna blades, I think that you are right with your guess that yours are store packaged Personnas I don't know of any other blades made in Israel anyway.
Great find, they are top quality blades and if you can get them for less even better.Fact: Opinions are not the same as facts... Well, that's my opinion anyway
