Great idea or cut them with a pair of scissors. Very cool razor head though

tried it already. the blades broke down in two pieces just too quick when i start to cut them down.

A very fine jewelers file might work. You can usually get those dirt cheap online. It doesn't have to be a super high quality thing. You'd probably need to hold it on a shallow angle to the blades, perpendicular will probably chip or break them.

I have modded blades for an old Segal.
They made blades which fit Gillettes, yet Gillette blades would not fit THEM!
Mods to the blades and/or razor using generic DE blades is in order.
IF you want to use them.
    Old blades are notsogood, FME

Old Wade and Butcher DE's are another example.

What's your preferred way if modding blades to fit?

I use an old pair of good fabric shears, fairly sharp. You have to use the tips and squeeze-in.
Some safety-glasses, cutting inside a cardboard box turned sideways. Catches the debris.
Spotlight blowing-in. Magnification visor on the head. Cut and fit....repeat. An original blade as a template is a great idea!
    Not fun!

Not fun seems to be the understatement of the year. Granted today is only January 1st, but still...
