Gillette thick handle Tech. Most likely late 40's early 50's. The one I had was a late 40's. I gave it to my son-in-law as he has sensitive skin and the Tech is a mild shaver.

Looks like a Fat-handled Tech. A really nice, mild shaver. Good to use when you're in a hurry.

It is a Tech. Take a look at the underside to see if there are any date codes stamped (these will show as letter on one side, number on the other i.e. B3 If the razor has codes it is easy to cross reference to the date, if not should be able to bring it into a range of dates.

I have a couple of techs in my non-straight rotation. Great razors, nice balance, nice shaves.

Looks like an English fat handled tech. The guard plate is different than the US ones. Is there a "made in" stamp on it?

I'm at work now but I'll fully inspect the razor for marks when I wake up tomorrow

It's made in England and has a 7 stamped on the bottom of the top part
