    What is the differance between carbon steel feather and stainless? which one is recomended and why?

    The only carbon steel blades that feather makes are Single Edge blades. They're not widely available. If you are looking for SE blades, they also make some Stainless ones which are much much better.

    Otherwise, all feather DE blades are the New Hi-Stainless, platinum/Ceramic coated blades.
