Thread: Valet Auto sharp

Hey, just wondering if anyone could give me any feed back on what a Valet auto sharp razor is like, or a little history/ information about it. I was at a market on the weekend, and a guy was selling one for 5 dollars so I got seeing as it was only 5 dollars.
It's in it's box and still has sealed blades with it. I'll post some picutres. There are a few blemished and tarnishes on it, but I think I could get that off.

I've got one of those. The gears on the side of the razor allowed it to be stropped. It came with a thin leather strop. I suppose the stopping prolonged the life of the blades. Other than that, I'm not too sure about their history or value.
