Thanked: 125J.A. Henckels Rapide
I recently picked this set up from a member at B&B, traded for. The girl is in near mint condition, and just amazing!
Unfortunately... She has been sitting on the cupboard getting lonely because I have not yet acquired an Allegro Model E with which to sharpen the blades up...
The good news is... I think I may be in luck as I just may have found what I have been looking for
Here are some pics:

That my friend, is a beautiful razor. I haven't tried my hand at the SE yet, just straight and DE, but that really really makes me want to try.

Valet Autostrop
Just won one in A lot of Gillette's in an auction on E-Bay, (Valet) and have no idea what it is.I've seen them but don't have a clue what to do with it.It looked to be in great condition and in a case but thats about the extent of my knowledge on the hardware itself. Can anyone inform me on the particulars of the razor? Thanks in advance.

I have one I just honed the razors and tried it out,and boy what a cool piece of history.Shaves like a dream.I used a stropping handle from a Kampfe Bros. Star razor to hone and strop the blades.Just won a auction on Ebay for a Gem wedge razor stropping handle. These razors live up to the Henckels rep.I included a couple of pics of when I got it from the antique shop.It has been cleaned up and looks very nice now and shaves excellent. If you have one its a keeper.
