there is a similar gold one but this one has two rings at the top lines in the "leafs" on the "button"

see how at the base of the one you posted how they are diamond shaped? mine are more like an inverted U with a line in the middle of the U part.
and at the top of the shaft mine has 2 rings where the vertical lines meet the tapered tip the one you posted is more like

Ah, I see now. I was looking at the second picture you posted of this razor:
I still think it is an ABC razor though as there were several different handle configurations available. The lack of a Gillette logo was par for the course on the early models because, and don't quote me on this, I don't think the logo showed up until about 1910.

Thanked: 11well new info has come to me it was my fathers grandfathers razor so i know its old more then likely and ABC made razor which is nifty to say the least gotta love the power of the internet and the information available as well as the people
