That's great to hear you've found a shaving routine that works! Sometimes it just takes some experimentation and advice until you find what works for you specifically. If you find that your skin doesn't handle ATG passes very well you can use a trick that I picked up from mantic. You dab some lather onto the areas that need a little more work and then place the blade on your skin. Very lightly go back and forth multiple times and it should get rid of anything left over. The specific video that shows this is called "Advanced shaving techniques" I think. I find that really works well on the sideburns and prevents you from having to do a full ATG pass and re-lather.
Good luck!

Good idea I just checked that video out and I'll have to try that one, atg shouldn't be a problem as I been doing it on my cheeks for years with a Fusion and mach 3 and the DE seemed no diff so I'll proceed with that and experiment with angles in diff places till I get a routine that works well every time.
The Feather blade seems to mellow out after the first use, cuts excellent too. Will try an Astra blade next and see how that shaves, I got sampler packs Astra, Big Ben, Shark Platinum. Wife's faves are Astra but she has a thing for Feathers and got a 100 pack from Thailand, so were going to share the 100 pack.
