    1989 would be a "J" serises of J 1, J 2, J 3, and J 4. My "newest" Gillette adjustable is a H 4, made in the 4th quarter of 1987. Gillette made DE razors up until 1998, although I do not know for certain if they were adjustable at that point or just simple TTO razors.

    Now if you're REALLY addicted, there is a Fat Boy 195 with case on ebay now. Bottom dial razor. Last bid was just a little over 517.00 Another one sold in November for $1875.00 and it didn't even have the original case!
