Thanked: 20Bolzano blades
Does anyone use Bolzano blades? I recently switched from a shavette to a real straight - I used the Bolzano for the last month or so in the shavette before the switch and really liked them. I am thinking of trying DEs and would like any opinions about the Bolzano's performance in these shavers.
Thanks as always - Gags

Hi Gags,
I'd probably try a mixed bag of blades myself - I've got about seven or eight different kinds and they all have strengths and weaknesses. I think it depends a lot on your technique and skin type, and even the handle. It's also fun to experiment

A few people really love that blade, but a lot more are less than impressed, myself among them. Some products are nearly universally liked (iridiums), some very hated (Dorcos), and some are very love/hate. Bolzano blades are love/hate.

YMMV sure is true when it comes to razor blades! Personally I've used Bolzanos before and wasn't impressed, but tried one in the Muhle R41 this morning and it sure worked very nice

I have about 22 DE razors and i have test the Bolzano blades in many of them
They are a little bit "abruptly" (steep) not gently, they can cut you by first chance
They do not forgive easy any mistake, after few shaves their performance falls
I thing are far behind Feather-Personna-Kai blades.
