I have a Merkur Double Edge Safety Razor:

The chrome on the safety bar has chipped slightly. Does anyone have a website/contact info for Merkur? I want to ask them if they will warranty it.

I did see that website, but it appears to be a shell for another company called "celebrity skin care" and their email address is at Gmail. I will try it if this thread doesn't produce better results...

Often times these companies will not deal with the end user direct and have you go through the dealer you bought it from or another dealer willing to help you. I don't know that is the case with merkur but I have a feeling.
