    I take my DE in pieces also in a ZipLoc. It's like easy to inspect, I guess.The blades I keep in the checked luggage, and I use soap, so no problem like with cream tubes.

    From this I would say, if you don't mind checking luggage, you're good to go. If you plan on carrying your luggage on the plane, either bring the SR "unloaded", and figure out how to score some blades at your destination or take the company G5.
