Default Is the Safety Razor ideal for shaving chest, pubic area and other body areas ?!

    Hi All !
Hope everyone is good ! I was wondering is a safety razor ideal for shaving bodily areas apart from the face ?! I wouldn't go as far as trying a cartridge type razor as it can cause skin burn and irritation and and the blade would have to frequently cleaned to get rid of hairs stuck in between.
    Thanks !

I just use a trimmer, never a blade.

Sadly I don't have a trimmer, I believe a blade would yield much closer results thus going for longer without shaves !

I don't see why not. It would be a lot safer than using a straight ....

I have not tried it but I would assume with would work fine just be careful it is not as forgiving as a cartridge razor in these areas. My wife uses one for her legs and under arm but there was a little learning curve for her when she started.

Plenty of women use them for legs, armpits, and even the bikini area. So as long as you are careful at first, there's no reason why they can't be used for it. There are even some razor models that were originally marketed for that sort of thing back in the day.

Do you know the names of the razors you speak of?

My wife uses a a gillette super speed I picked up cheep and cleaned up for her. Gillette made a ladies safety razor. If you look up ladies Gillette you will see them they had a lite blue handle, they were very similar to the super speed.
