Howdy,
I have not used these folks yet but I am considering it. http://razoremporium.com/store/index...roducts_id=198
I think there may be a few other people who restore Safety Razors but nothing else comes to mind. Try the search block in the upper right corner of the page.Aloha,

Most people just take them apart and clean them up themselves. if you want them like new that means replating. Most places you would send them too would send them out for that and you can too.

Dealing with a known, reputable dealer is worth a premium. I went directly to someone who did the plating and ended up with a giant run around for 8 months and never saw my razors again. I happily paid the Razor Emporium to do a mid-1940s Fat Handle Tech. The work was very good and no hassles. I like the idea of the dealer representing my interests. They have a reputation to maintain where the plating firm may not care about an unhappy customer. Your choice though, good luck.
The tale is doon, and God save al the rowte!
