    Kalerof,
The Feather around that price will be the new stainless steel (SS). The DX series is expensive. Several vendors in the U.S. carry the SS for around $100. I'm not sure about the European vendors, though. Either way, the Feather, whether the SS or the DX series, is a superb straight razor with replaceable blades. I consider it the best of the bunch.

I bought my feather SS from a japanese ebay vendor, shipping was free IIRC.

I'm going to see if I can dig up a link.

I think it was this one but I can't confirm it until I log on to ebay which I can't right now.

You are welcome. That Feather is a good razor and gives superb shaves. It is also sassy and demands respect, so keep the pressure light and watch your angle.

Worth every penny, oh and get the super pro or pro guards the others just didn't work as well, and got lower reviews too.

I recommend the new black folding model with the ProGuard blades for all new SR shavers. This is the best entry level setup for learning how to shave with a SR, without all the fuss, frustration, and potential injury. Your son will love it.

I found a few European vendors that sell the Feather, but not under 100 dollars...
I don't know the regulation the Netherlands have for importing stuff from outside Europe, but I assume that the price shouldn't be too different if you buy the Feather abroad, considering shipping and import taxes...
