    Default New Dove

I just bought my new Dovo Shavette last week and it arrived today. I am looking forward to trying it out. I have a DE and a Theirs Issard. Any advice. I have noticed that it considerably lighter than my other two razors so I would imagine a light touch is imperative. Any help is appreciated.

You already understand. They can be very unforgiving so you really need a light touch and watch those angles.

I started with a dovo shavette. It got stolen from me but thats another story. Its a good shavette in my opinion and it takes any de half or the dove long blades for the other blade holder. Because it is light and the DE blades are so sharp you do have to be very careful with your angle and pressure. The worst cut I have ever had on my face was from the shavette. I have been considering getting another one since but I don't know how much I would really use it that much.
