That's true but I have always been a fan of wood scales. Beauty in nature. That being said, the man-made beauty in-between is what gets the job done...

Boker RP 101 Red Injun..... Hollow and usually a decent price.... Second is a Engels RP Special. Next is vintage RP hollow Boker. third is a vintage (not new) Timor Special hollow RP.
