I don't bother with going ATG on my upper lip either; tried a couple of times but found I tend to get just as good a shave going XTG and don't have to worry about slicing my nose off in the process.

Just a fairly decent close finish - I dont expect to get BBS on my upper lip

Many thanks Guys - I will stick with the general consensus which is ATG - I think I will get a pretty regular close enough shave !

That's your choice whether to shave to bbs everywhere or not. You can do it if you have the patience and give it enough time. But the most important is if you are satisfied with the shave, bbs or not.

Then, re lather, and start in the middle and go XTG going out toward the corner of the mouth. Its a little tricky at first, but thats how i get the smoothest and irritation free shaves on my upper lip. hope that helps

    happy shaving
Going to try this tomorrow and see how it works...thx for the tip! Can go ATG with a DE but not with a str8 on the lip

Modern medicine is doing wonders with nose transplants. Go for it.
