    That's a good point. My hands get so dry that I can't keep them from chapping.

    I've been adding more water during the shave and swirling the brush around, and it seems to be helping a lot.

    I had that problem a few weeks ago and I live down the road from Charles Roberts. I went into his store to get some new soap because I thought that might be the problem. He talked to me for about 2 hours and went on and on using lots of big words, but I think that the gist of his lecture was that the humidity plays a large part in how good of a later you can whip up. Perhaps it is just the dryness and adding the extra water solved the problem. A few months down the road your current water amount might just end up making soup........
