I'm with the "needs a touch up/honing" crowd.

Even with 3-4 razors after 10 months they would each have had 75-100 "at bats"
For myself at some time between 25 and 30 shaves on a razor I need the 6 passes on the .5 Diamond felt.
At this point you may have gone beyond condition that can be "refreshed".

You might want to pick one (or two) out to be send off for honing by one of the members in the classifieds.
I suspect that the fresh razor will give you a great reference point along with a great shave.
