My first razor was a Dubl Duck Satin Edge, and as we know DD made blades that truly qualify as extra hollow. That's what I learned with and it was a few months before I tried another (less hollowed) razor so I simply got used to it. I wouldn't recommend that to everyone but sometimes jumping in the deep end will make you learn very quickly lol
