Thread: 100th Straight Shave

Celebrated my 100th this morning! A big Thank You to all of the members here, what a great forum we have! Anyone who is just starting out.. don't get discouraged.. it WILL all come together...Used my new Dovo Palisander... great razor...

Congrats. I can relate because I'm on my 90th and I feel like the shaves have noticeably improved. How do like the mwf? Been thinking about trying it.

You mean you count your shaves?

That's the first and second time I ever heard that.

Does anyone else do that?

Now we all want to know.

Well if I received my razor on 4/9 it isn't too hard to figure out how many I have under my belt

MWF works great for me... no problems making lather, very slick.... top of my rotation!

I can only guess based on a 3 shaves per week average for 56.5 weeks since 11th June 2013 that I am at about 170 shaves, probably a few more in reality as I was every 2nd day for the first couple of months but 3 a week would be a good average.

Read that I don't know how many times here when I was starting out... It will take about "100 shaves" until you get your **** together and start to figure out technique, beard growth,blade angle etc.... hell, sometimes I still can't get my chin right..

I'm up to 340 shaves , 680 if you count when I shave my toes also

I have missed some days but then made up for it testing razors in a week but I am still NOT going to do the math :<0)
