Thanked: 0Straight Razor Shortage?
I've recently visited several wet shaving suppliers online and have noticed many of the SRs are sold out. Same with shaving brushes and some other shaving accessories. What gives?

RAD and lots of new interest. The manufacturers are backed up I hear for a couple years. Brushes are in supply. You just have to look around
Try TheSuperiorShave. Maggardrazors. Revisor-Solingen. shavingshop. SRD. All have some razors in stock"The best way to have a good idea is to have a lot of ideas." -Linus Pauling

Thanked: 0Thanks for the info, Mike. Right now I have a Dovo Tortoise on order from Classic Shaving and an extra paddle strop. Even some brands of paddle strops were listed as sold out on 3 or 4 websites I visit.

Thanked: 9Ebay has loads of classic razors to fit just about any price range. The classifieds here also has a range of razors. Not brand new but the classics have a charm all their own.

Stop this conversation or my wife will look over my shoulder, conclude it's a seller's market and work on me to sell some razors and soaps.
