Default First Wade & Butcher shave

So I have a new to me W&B 6/8 round point in Ivory scales, which is beautiful and an experience to just hold after owning all very hollow ground razors. Interestingly this one says Hollow Ground on the blade, but it's probably at most half-hollow, with a slight smile. That gave me at least two "firsts" -- a heavy-ish blade And a Smile with the bonus that it was a W&B.

It was different, but great! Thanks to some on-line tutelage from an SRP friend, I realized I needed to increase my angle some, which I did....so smooth and sharp! Then there was the smile, which made my neck, usually a problem, go as well as it's gone in my modern (16 month) SR experience. Just mowed the whiskers off.

So while I still have some learning to do about some areas of my face with it (chin in particular), what a great comfortable shaving experience with an iconic razor!

Any chance you could post a photo of the razor?
