Beside my windpipe is too much work for BBS for me for most shaves. I have growth in three directions there, and to get BBS it needs three passes. I am pretty happy with comfortable close shave there. Two passes and I'm done. If I am sucking up to my wife or attending a special event I will actually do the work, and often on those occasions shave with my heirloom razor. I doubt I had the skills to pull it off before three months of shaving. For me BBS is about the perfect edge and the perfect prep and all the stars lined up. I doubt anyone can see the difference from BBS to CCS, it takes a soft touch, there is only hand other than mine that does that...
