I've tried my best to reflect light on the blade edge,but not happy and should of checked when first got it but if blade is put up to straight surface it goes in towards the spine no more than half a mm

Well for a budget razor the bevel looks not too bad to me, even though it gets a bit wider at the heel. Your problems may be just down to a lack of experience - even though you have used a shavette. The angle on a straight is more important and comes with experience - you may find you need to increase the angle a little more than you are used to - that is drop the spine a bit more.

If the razor cuts arm hair easily I'd suggest just trying it a few more times to see if an improvement in technique helps. However, if removing arm hair requires any kind of pressure I suggest you send it for honing. I've responded to your pm.
