Default Can you leave your straight razor displayed on the counter?

I was wondering, if I had a nice straight razor, if it would develop rust if I left it displayed on the bathroom counter?

Depends on how well ventilated your bathroom is, how many people use your shower, if you oil your razor or not and how carefully you are when you was your hands

I have a lot of razors displayed around the house.
None of them are displayed in my shave-den or any other bathroom.
I'm not willing to chance that personally.

Seems a little od, hope you don't have any young kids running around the house.

Always leave my razor out on the bathroom counter. Only put it away is when the maids are here, as I dont want them messing with it.

With that said, when I am using my Nick Zowada, I put it in a silicon sock and then put it back in the stand!
