The Tale of 2 cheeks
I have been straight razor shaving for over 100 shaves. Now, I have been using both hands to shave . My strong hand is the right. When I shave I get some mild irritation on my right cheek. The left cheek no issues.. I have tried many different things to rid myself of that irritation/ rash. I have used an extra soft touch, I have used a number of post shave products to no prevail . Again no issues with the left. I use some Cortizone on the rash / irritation and in 2-3 days it will almost be gone. I only shave 2-3 times a week. And use several different razors during the mo. as well as SC and SS.
Any body have any ideas ,or suggestions?
Thanks,
H

If you are right handed, then maybe you are more confident with the stroke, using a little more pressure causing the irritation ; where'as with the left hand you are very cautious & a lighter stroke.

Use only the left hand? Check the indentations on your fingers after a stroke
