    Usually wipe unless I haven't shaved for a few days. The amount of posts I have seen where new members hit the tap with their newly honed razor, ding...get a giant sponge and WIPE

    I wipe on a barbers towel, and it works great for me.
    Used to rinse, but got concerned about water getting in the pivot. So now, after using the hot towel in my shave prep, I just fold it and set it at the front edge of the sink and wipe my razor on it.
