Default First Straight Razor Shave in 15 Months!

Between starting a new job with many hours per week at work and extreme SR burnout I hadn't used one in 15 months, but it was like riding a bike, no issues what so ever when I took one out and used it last night!!!

    I'm honestly surprised

Nice to see you return the fold Rob. I remember my long hiatus from straight razors when I grew a beard. Muscle memory is impressive.

After my heart attack I was on blood meds for 2 years and during that time it was a DE for me. Now that it's over, no issues using a straight after all that time.

    Just like riding a bike.

Mostly a Gem SE or an Injector for me, glad to hear you're back to using a SR again!!

Welcome back. Yeah, it's amazing how it comes back. I grew a beard because my daughter wanted to see it. I also got to find out that you really don't have to trim it first.

Starting a new job three years ago meant much longer hours and DE shaving. Being furloughed because of the current situation, I'm now back shaving with a cutthroat. It's just a shame that the tragedy unfolding in the world around us is the reason I have some time on my hands.
