Thanked: 54I've watched it several times.
Something struck me as odd so watched it over a few times
He goes right down on his right side and doesn't breech the chin line at all in the middle or his left side.
Sorry, doesn't happen.
Maybe he doesn't grow hair there, who knows but he certainly isn't shaving it.
I would typically take about 15 minutes to set up, shave and clean up.
If I need to be quicker, I can easily do that. Years and years of straight use make it second nature. I never have to find a substitute for a straight to expedite things.Last edited by stoneandstrop; Yesterday at 08:48 PM.

Oh yeah, it's definitely a speed schtick. That shave can't be very good.
If I didn't I could just drive down the road shaving with the electric. Believe it or not I see people do it in traffic.
The point for me is not NOT being able to do it in that amount of time it's that straight shaving, aside from the preferred results, is a ritual that I enjoy and if I am pressed for time I would rather sacrifice a shave I will repeat next day than spoil the ritual I look forward to.
I can get the same, or near the same quality shave with a DE, but I go through all that other stuff because it is something I enjoy and racing through it diminishes that. I'd simply rather not. I'd just rather take my time.Iron by iron is sharpened, And a man sharpens the face of his friend. PR 27:17
