I have been thinking about writing this for a while now. I decided to jump into straight shaving head first from using a certain orange and blue monstrosity made by gillette. One of the first things that I did was go into the art of shaving and get a set of their product that came with a badger brush, creme, pre-shave oil, and aftershave lotion. I was offered a complimentary shave and took them up on it a week later. It was a little rough to say the least. I think it has to do with a few things. Five minutes with a hot towel is not the same as five minutes with a hot towel after a shower. Also, the disposable blade straight that was used was a little aggressive. All in all I felt like the barber screamed through the shave and left me a little irritated in some places but not to worse for the wear. I love the products I got from them though and if I could do the shave over, I would be more vocal about how to shave certain patches of my "manscape" so I didn't get the afterburn. Anyone else have any experiences with them? I am not trying to talk bad about the company, like I said, I love the products (even if they are a little costly) and the service.
