Thread: to shave

so when i shave with my new razor, for those of you that may have experience in both fields, is my technique going to be the same as with my dovo shavette?

not plum on my face and not 45 either.

Hey and welcome to the shaving forums! I have never used a shavette but would think that it would be similar but imho with a straight you want about a 30% or less angle and you want to use a scything motion.

Ith shavette is a bit sharper than a regular straight, so it will feel a little different, but it shouldn't be difficult at all to transition between them.
your angles and basic technique will be the same.
