You never mentioned what kind of razors they are, not that it would make a difference. Stainless tends to hold and edge a little longer than carbon steel. I would suggest getting some chromium oxide (0.5 micron) and give your razors 30 light passes once a month. It will work wonders and keep them shave ready for several months before they need to touch a hone.

Yes, your razors could be getting dull, yes you could have rolled the edge, but there really is no way of us telling you for sure...
there are a few things you can try to improve what you have, that may prolong the time between honings.

Try stropping on newspaper, it is very mildly abrasive (1/10 micron?)if your razor is still sharp, and just needs a slight touch up, 100-200 passes might help. (it can't hurt)

Try a preshave oil, if you don't have a preshave oil, or don't want to spend that kind of money to try one, use 3 to 5 drops of olive oil or castor oil.

a shallower angle will wear less on your edge, most people think they are at 30 degrees, when they are closer to 45.

and lastly do some serious searching on skin stretching... this is probably the least appreciated, and most important skill needed to get a really close shave.

    +1

Also, taut skin is less likely to catch (and break) on the edge. This is why we practice shaving on balloons, not pudding.
