Thread: Shaving in the AM or PM?

I'm not sure if this has been discussed before but I would assume most of you shave in the morning, before work. I, myself, do not. The fact is I don't wanna be rushed, I like to take my time and I don't like getting up any earlier than I have to.

So what's your take? Am I in the minorty here? Please take a side and explain. Looking forward to your responses.

I almost always shave in the afternoon, or evening... Then I'm more relaxed. In the morning I'm too wound up...

In the morning before work for me - usually around 5:30am as it takes a while to get to work from my house.

On weekends I tend to shave later, but still in the AM - I like to face the day clean shaven.

AM for me, The Army is funny about wanting you clean shaven in the morning.

Sometimes both but always morning. The required concentration and the clean-shaven feeling help wake me up

In the late PM, I seem to sleep much better after all that tension, plus, I think people might think I have some sort of skin fungus when they see all the redness and red bumps on my face and neck (always gone by morning), still learning the straight shaving techniques here....

I always shave at night. Right after I put the kids to bed, I take a shower and shave. For me, it's the transition time from work time to leisure time.

Hell what was I thinking as fast as the hair will grow

In the morning, as that's when I shower. It's a nice wake-up supplement to the coffee. But using a straight razor, I really could shave at night and be clean-shaven all day long--something that really wasn't possible with cartridge razors!
