Thanked: 335Closing the razor - click
Had a nice shave this morning and apparently with the morning's ablutions and sudsings had nice day started. Everything was smooth, slick, and close. The suds worked. The strop stropped. The Friodur I got from Jim Ayars razored the stubble enviably well. The blade got rinsed well. The towel did its job and the razor was warm and dry and ready to get folded smoothly into its protective scales. NOT! Apparently the razor leaned a bit right and the scales leaned ever so left and the two shook hands as it were; now it seems I'll have some honing to do.
I don't need the glasses to shave, but it seems that I can't be trusted to do anything else without them. Sometimes the swellness of things can get a bit overwhelming.
Do you suppose it is for this problem that good ol' K.C. Gillette figured out his little nix the click and get rich scheme?

Thanked: 15Bummer!, but at least you know the true potential of the blade. So all is not lost.
