HeySilver, another tip:
I see you only hold your index finger on the tang. Try using both your index finger and middle finger that will give you much better control.
Together with that, the angle netween the scales and the blade is a bit off imo. The scales are angled too far towards the spine. It is less than 90 degrees. Make it 100 - 110 and you will also have better blade control.
With those 2 tips you should nick yourself less because you will have more control over the blade.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.
