Thanked: 0Newbie Newms Looking for Straight edge in SF
hello all,
As I posted in the Newbie forum, I am currently new to straight edge and am in the market for a good, but reasonably priced, starter blade. I am currently in SF and would like to buy a blade in person but trust the members of this site. How does a sale over SRP work exactly? Terms of payment etc? I will possibly buy a badger hair and lather as well, but my budget is rather low as of now. Figured I would progress to owning my own strop and hone eventually, but need to start with the blade. I am to believe that a 5/8" round-tip is a good beginner. Looking for any good deals if any of you have an old straight edge you are looking to give away
Thanks ahead of time for the thoughtful responses and welcomes to SRP.

Hi - I posted in your other thread as well, but here goes:
Just go to the Classified section (the tab on top menu bar) and look for a "Shave ready" razor in your price range (it really doesn't have to be expensive!).
Payment is usually made through Paypal, so that's pretty easy and convenient (not to mention safe, since Paypal usually protects the consumer pretty well). I've never heard of a problem with a sale at SRP that hasn't been worked out amicably, but usually look for members with decent post counts just to be on the safe side.
Good luck.
