Maybe so... but did you see what he took off with a single continuous stroke! That was a full grown goatee. First pass on the neck was ATG and he was basically swinging that thing from the tail like a sword. I'd say that guy has some serious shaving skillz

He cut his face up pretty bad! If you have the mike quite close to (or inside) the razor you may get the cheese grating sound anyway. Some bathrooms create an echo as well.

That stroke from the moustache right down over the chin to the base of the neck was a skilful piece of work. I can do that but not sure i would like to attempt it when taking a full growth off! Did you notice during the second go how shallow th angle was? Cor!

When I watch this I can't help but think that guy has supreme confidence in his abilities. ATG on his first pass on the neck is just insane.

I like the ritual of straight shaving, but if I could shave that quickly 5 times per week without leaving my face like a bleeding piece of pepperoni, I'd be all for it. More time to sleep!

If you're concerned about how loud his shaving was, don't be. Go back and listen again and take notice of how much noise his brush is making while he is lathering his face. The guy is using a very sensitive microphone.
