Thanked: 73540 minutes, including shower, making lather, stropping, 3 pass shave, razor clean-up and oiled, alum application, brush cleaned up, splashed water cleaned up, aftershave skin care.
Time well spent!
If I'm using a stainless it saves me ~5 minutes of fussing with the razor I think

Hrmm, about 15 min from start to finish for face shave.
About 45 min from start to finish with head and face shavey.
That includes drying the razor, wiping down counter, putting stuff away etc.

Thanked: 37It takes me normaly about 10 minutes from the time I open the medicine cabinet to the time I close it. This includes stropping, lathering, two passes, and, clean up.
If I am feeling indulgent it will take me 15 minutes.
If I am in a hurry it takes a little less than 5 minutes. I don't strop and I use canned shaving cream. I also leave a mess.
I started shaving when I was in the army having a drill seargeant screaming at me to move my ass.
