I've been fooling around with different shaving creams, aftershaves and razors trying to find a comfortable shave. I've always had a red complexion, and when I was younger, I would definitely blush easily.

I recently saw a dermatologist. The last time I saw one was for teenage acne; now I'm interested in being screened for skin cancers. I got a mole removed.

And it turns out that I have mild Erythematotelangiectatic Rosacea. One of the things to avoid is alcohol, both ingesting and topically. The list of "triggers" of rosacea also included witch hazel, which I've been using. Does my beloved Geo Trumper Skin Food contain alcohol? I'm trying to figure out what products in my arsenal are "good" and which are "bad".

Does anyone else have mild rosacea? What do you differently in your shaving routine because of it?
