Would we need express permission from the author or his employer to copy and post the article in the files section?

As long as it's linked, I don't know if it has to be captured in the files, does it? Even if it is linked, it's easy to copy-&-paste to notepad for offline reading, or print off directly from the browser.

We have some really talented people in this group! Many thanks to El and to Lynn for asking for the permission. Now, has anyone cut and pasted this to a document and posted it in the files section yet? Frankly, having a number of articles like this and making them available to the newb's gives support to the idea of using a straight razor for shaving. A link will usually expire after a period of time and then we lose that article as a supporting document.
