Question Tips on concave surfaces anyone?

I am relatively skinny, so I have a few concave surfaces in my face that are causing me trouble.
It is just so hard to get it smooth in the area right under the jaw-line! It is kinda concave and I can not seen to get in there really easily. hmmm:?

    Anyone have a method:

After I shave my cheeks, I will stretch them upwards pulling the skin below the jawline above the jawline.

Stretch your skin upwards over the jaw line, then shave it.
That should also somewhat flatten the concave area below.

Just like the other boys said, if you can't shave it where it is, move it. Pull on the skin at your cheek, and the skin will move up and become taught lower.
