Thanked: 735Rogaine for your face
Okay, so if you are a member of this forum you have a problem-you are a shave junky! Admit it.
So, as soon as you complete your fantastically close and smooth shave you are probably looking forward to the next one, which is most likely 24-48 hours away. That may be just too long for a guy looking for a shave fix....
I just got back from a trip to Japan. I was in the drugstore over there trying to see if I could find any unique/exotic aftershave balms, lotions, etc. The thing is I can't read any Japanese, and they also sell hair gels and Rogaine type stuff in the same location, so it's difficult to see where the aftershave leaves off and the hair styling gel begins, not to mention the Rogaine type stuff!
But then I thought, Hmmmmm....why NOT use Rogane as an aftershave? It should make the whiskers grow back at turbo speed and be richer and fuller than ever before!
Anybody want to try it out? You could be remembered as the Chuck Yeager of straight shaving, the test pilot extrodinaire! You may get to shave 2-3 times a day! Not only get to, but actually have to!
Let me know how it works out....

Those who find shaving frequency is fine need not be left out either. They could work on quantity maybe? Imagine the oportunities. You can get the skin nice & taut on the forehead!

Thanked: 11Haha! I know exactly what you mean. I'm itching to practice shaving again but I always have to wait another day. But on the other hand one of the reasons I started shaving with a straight razor to keep my face more clean shaven for longer. This would defeat that goal!

Not to mention the extra honing, stropping, and supplies that you would need... But also the extra time...;-)

Now, if this not fodder for the Badger & Blade thread on “You might be a B&B-neck...”, then I don’t know what is.

You will love the side-effects:
*itchiness
*dandruff
*acne on the area where it is being used
It will be like being 14 again, only with a massive beard.
